Well I don’t know of any books per-se, but economic historian and Austrian economist Israel Kirstner gives a pretty detailed lecture on this topic. You can watch the lecture on youtube here:

Basically it all goes back to David Ricardo, Eugene Bohm-Bawerk and Carl Menger.
